...for the sale of conference services

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply only to conference services and not to hotel services (which are subject to their own terms)

2. Elements of the Contract

  • written offer from the ****Hotel Happinger Hof
  • conference contract signed by client
  • any deviating contract details confirmed by the hotel
  • the terms and conditions of Happinger Hof GmbH & Co.KG

3. Rates and Payment Terms

  • All prices include VAT
  • Payment is due 10 business days after receipt of invoice by the client

4. Duty of Cooperation of Client

As far as possible, the client shall notify the ****Hotel Hof Happinger in writing of the current number of participants 7 calendar days prior to the event. The client shall notify the ****Hotel Happinger Hof of final number of participants at least 3 days prior to the event. (This number of participants shall also be the basis for the bill after the end of the event).

5. Cancellation of Conference Rooms or Services

The client shall be entitled to free (100%) cancellation as follows:

  • up to 4 weeks prior to the event: free of charge
  • 2 weeks prior to the event: 20% of the expected sales
  • 1 week prior to the event: 50% of the expected sales
  • thereafter: 80% of the expected sales
